The fair "Immobilientag" in Willich is a regional event for real estate, house building and financing. This event takes place in many different cities throughout the Lower Saxony and North Rhine-Westphalia and is aimed at those who wish to purchase a real estate or a property or to build a house. This fair in Willich takes place in the Wahlefeldsaal. The central event building was built in 1908 as a dance hall and is now owned by the shooting club St. Sebastianus Brotherhood in Neersen. It features a large stage and is easily accessible by public transport as well as by car.
